Thanking staff is so important!

So! Your Team or Company have done well! So what now?


All too often we get told when things are not going well but not thanked when they do!  Rewarding your staff is a vital part of running a happy company. Or what if things are not going well due to cut backs or possible down turns in the industry.  A team needs to know that they are appreciated.


So what can you do? How about:

  • An away day with a difference!
  • A slap up dinner with entertainment!
  • Prizes!
  • Laughter!
  • Time to chill out and get to know each other!
  • or... All of the above!
An example would be: Your staff receive an invite to an event.  They either find their own way there or are picked up collectively.  They arrive at a lovely venue and are given time to check in and use the facilities of the hotel.  They gather at 7:30pm for pre-dinner drinks and are then sat down to an evenings eventertainment and laughter over a three course dinner.  You could include speeches, but keep them short as this event is about them.
