Actors in the wsorkplace for real impact!

So what has Roleplay got to do with running your business?

Many think Roleplay is something we do as kids and has no place in business.  You would be wrong!

Interviewing Skills!
Appraisal Skills!
Training!
Giving staff a formal warning or worse!
Dealing with sensitive and personal situations!
Telling a patient they have a serious illness!

And BOY, does it feel real!

Different forms of Roleplay

Bespoke Roleplay
We do not brief the roleplayer prior to the day.  With our help the delegate constructs the situation for the roleplayer to enact.  Maybe the delegate wants to re-create a situation that happened within work so that a better way of dealing with it can be worked on.

Briefed Roleplay
The detail of the brief can vary enormously depending on the requirments of the Roleplayer.  They may need to learn technical information so as to make the roleplaying realistic and be able to field all situations put forward by your delegates.

Forum Theatre Roleplay
Usually this is overseen by a facilitator and we have been briefed beforehand and come prepared with an initial act to perform.  For instance in dispute resolution we will have prepared, with your assistance, a situation that went wrong.  The delegates are then encouraged to stop the action and suggest new ways to move forward.
